UPCA Membership Fee Update

We would like to update members regarding the upcoming membership fee increase, which will now be going ahead as previously communicated.

This decision was not taken lightly. Following careful review and approval through our governance processes, the updated fees will take effect from 01.01.2026 and will apply to new applications and renewals from that date.

Our commitment to members

We understand that any increase in fees can raise questions, particularly at a time when many organisations and individuals are managing rising costs. The purpose of this change is to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation and to allow us to continue supporting members effectively.

The updated fee structure will help us to:

  • Maintain the quality and integrity of our membership and accreditation processes

  • Provide consistent support to members and accredited institutions

  • Invest in improved systems and services, including more efficient online applications and renewals

What this means for you

  • Applications or renewals submitted before 01.01.2026 will be charged at the current rate

  • Applications or renewals submitted on or after 01.01.2026 will be charged at the new rate
