Psychodrama Saturdays: Experiential Workshops

Upcoming dates: 30 May & 27 June | 9:30am – 6:00pm | Northampton

UPCA members are invited to attend Psychodrama Saturdays, a series of monthly experiential workshops offering the opportunity to explore personal and relational experiences through the psychodramatic method.

These sessions are open to anyone interested in engaging creatively and reflectively with aspects of life and relationships — past, present, or future. No prior experience of psychodrama is required. Working within a small group setting, participants are supported to explore themes such as family relationships, personal history, and current life situations in a structured and facilitated environment.

Psychodrama offers a way of deepening self-awareness, enhancing relational understanding, and engaging with lived experience in an embodied and interactive way. As an experiential approach, it can support both personal development and professional insight.

The workshops are facilitated by Craig Whisker, Psychodrama Psychotherapist and Trainer (UKCP, BPA). Group sizes are kept small to support depth of work and group cohesion.
