Date & Time: [28th March 2026 | 10am-1pm] | Platform: Zoom | CPD: 3 hours
Presenter: Dr Dwight Turner, UPCA Council Member

This experiential workshop accompanies the 5th anniversary lecture of Intersections of Privilege and Otherness, inviting participants to explore the unconscious, internalised dimensions of privilege, marginalisation, and difference. Through guided visualisation, drawing, and dreamwork, participants engage reflectively with how these inner experiences shape therapeutic presence, relationships, and professional identity.
The session is designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, supervisors, educators, and trainees interested in experiential, psychodynamic, relational, or depth-oriented approaches. Like the lecture, it provides a held reflective space rather than definitive answers, supporting ethical, attuned, and responsive practice.
