Online Research Networking Event | June 2026
UPCA members involved in postgraduate study, practitioner research, or early career academic work may be interested in joining the next session of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Emerging Researcher Network (ERN).
The June 2026 ERN session will focus on Cultural Competency and Humility in Psychotherapy Research, offering participants an opportunity to explore contemporary issues in psychotherapy research within a supportive professional network. The event includes expert-led presentations, discussion, and opportunities for emerging researchers to connect with peers, reflect on their own projects, and develop research confidence.
The ERN is designed to support postgraduate students and early career researchers through peer discussion, practical guidance, and engagement with current psychotherapy research themes. Attendance certificates are provided and may contribute towards CPD hours.
